We understand that forming or restructuring a business is often exciting and many want to simply get started.
But as there are many forms that a business enterprise can take we strive to ensure that the business has a solid, well structured foundation. Few clients come in with a complete understanding of what type of business will suite them best. Thus, we take the time to sit down with you and ask a series of questions that help us better understand what criteria are important. Some of these questions include: Do you want the ability to raise capital? What type of revenues are you anticipating? Are any of the partners foreign born? Are professional licensees involved?
After we have an understanding of what type of business is best for you we will quickly move in that direction. Our goal is to give you everything you need to create, revive, dissolve, or reorganize business entities. The following is an outline of the most common business entities today.
