Jasfer Nepomuceno has been a valued member of the Soden & Steinberger team since March 2020. His legal practice encompasses a broad spectrum, reflecting the extensive expertise of the firm’s esteemed partners, Bob, Jason, and Megan. Jasfer has engaged in various legal areas, including litigation, franchise law, and trademarks, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s approach to addressing clients’ legal challenges.

Jasfer embarked on his legal journey at the Santa Barbara College of Law, where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate in April 2017. His academic career was distinguished by a commitment to both academic excellence and practical experience, which included participating in the “Avid Tutor” program during his undergraduate studies at San Diego State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 2012.

Following his graduation from law school, Jasfer further honed his legal skills by working in the legal department at Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC in San Diego. This position allowed him to apply his rigorous academic training in a practical setting, dealing with complex legal issues and contributing significantly to the company’s legal department.

Jasfer’s educational background and professional experiences have equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to serve the clients of Soden & Steinberger with dedication and excellence. He is committed to upholding the high standards of the firm and contributing to the successful resolution of clients’ legal matters.
